NEW TO THE DAILY WELL?

Start here.

Watch this short welcome video for a gentle introduction to the studio, how everything works, and where to begin. Once you’ve watched, explore the FAQs below for quick answers to our most common questions.

We get it—options are great, but they can also feel overwhelming (kind of like scrolling Netflix and never pressing play).

Start with the welcome video. It will give you everything you need to feel grounded from the start. Then explore the Focus Series catalog. We recommend beginning with the 7-Day Reset, True Beginners Series, or Begin Again.

If you’d rather sample a little of everything, filter the catalog for 20-minute yoga classes, add a few favorites to your private playlist, and create a simple weekly rhythm that fits your life.

Think of this as a fresh experience and one that’s just for you. If you’re used to studio classes, remember this: a home practice isn’t meant to replicate that experience. It’s quieter, simpler, more personal—and yes, you can show up exactly as you are (messy bun and all).

Create a space you love. Add a mat you enjoy being on, a few props, maybe a meditation cushion, and keep meaningful items nearby. A clean, inviting corner (even a small one) helps your body associate the space with calm. A journal or your favorite mug can make it feel even more supportive.

And most importantly, think frequency over duration. It’s far more effective to practice 10–15 minutes a few times a week than to save everything for one long session. The habit builds faster, feels easier, and becomes something your nervous system begins to crave.

Start simple. A good yoga mat and two blocks are really all you need. We recommend a sticky mat (Manduka, B Yoga, or Liforme are great options) and two 4x6x9 blocks—cork or foam both work beautifully.

If you want to deepen your practice, consider adding a bolster and an 8–10 foot strap. Chattra makes gorgeous bolsters and meditation cushions, and Manduka’s strap is a favorite for its easy-to-use buckle.

That’s it. A few thoughtful pieces go a long way in creating a supportive home practice.

We’d love to learn more about you. While our calendar is currently full for featured on-demand instructors, we’re always open to connecting with thoughtful teachers.

Email us at hello@thedailywell.co with your credentials, any series ideas you have, and a video sample of your teaching (if available).

We’re especially interested in instructors who work at the intersection of licensed therapist, yoga teacher, and/or BIPOC practitioners.

Full Access gives you everything inside The Daily Well: unlimited on-demand classes, all programs, every livestream and replay, plus our special meditation series and twice-yearly live-stream retreats.

You can sort and search videos by length, energy level, body focus, or complexity to find the exact class you need.

All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial so you can explore the full experience before committing.

Our private community is a safe, supportive space away from social media—just for logged-in members to connect, share, and encourage one another.

Once you’re logged into the app, tap Community in the center of the bottom menu. On the web version, you’ll find Daily Well Community in the main navigation.

From there, you can post photos of your practice space, ask questions, share reflections, and recommend classes to other members.

You have full control of your account at any time. If you signed up on the web, simply log in there and go to your Dashboard to cancel your membership.

If you subscribed through the App Store, you’ll manage and cancel your membership directly through your Apple Subscriptions.

Go to the Sign In page and select Forgot Password. You’ll receive a reset link at the email address connected to your account—usually within a minute or two.

No special setup is required, and no one will see you during class. Livestreams are one-way—your camera is never on, and only the teacher is visible on screen.

You can use the chat feature once you’ve joined the class to ask questions, connect with other members, or say hello to your teacher. They genuinely love hearing from you.

Just click Watch Here when it’s time, and the stream will begin. Your instructor typically starts the feed about five minutes before class begins.

You can easily AirPlay classes from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac to your Smart TV for a more spacious practice experience.

With your TV on, open the class you’d like to watch, then tap the AirPlay icon (a rectangle with a small triangle beneath it). Select your TV from the list, return to the class, and enjoy your practice on the big screen. You may occasionally be prompted to enter a code from your TV.
