I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2009. My mission, both as a mother and a lifelong student of this practice, is to welcome you exactly as you are. Energized or exhausted, steady or anxious, or somewhere in between.
Yoga has given me the inner scaffolding to meet life as it is and to rest deeply when the day is done. What I share inside The Daily Well comes from both my personal experience and the universal humanness we all navigate.
