For 17 years, Lauren has shared the teachings of yoga and meditation through the lens of her own humanity, and how the practice has helped her remember who she is and why she’s here. She believes the healing is in normalizing the “human condition” we all experience. She is an ERYT-500 yoga therapist and a certified trauma-informed mindfulness instructor through UC Berkeley.
LB is an instructor and bodyworker devoted to guiding people into deeper strength, ease, and embodied clarity. Her classes and sessions weave functional movement and somatic awareness to support nervous-system regulation, spacious breath, and a more grounded, resilient way of being.

Ursula, originally from Peru, began her yoga journey 11 years ago to navigate her anxiety. She teaches breath-centered practices that blend mindfulness, functional breathing, and compassionate presence, guiding students to reconnect with inner peace and balance.
