FREE 5 MIN MEDITATION

We kick off this 40-Day Ceremony on Monday night January 12 at our 7p ct Zoom call. If you’ve registered for this series, you should now see the four scheduled Zoom calls in “My Library” once you’re logged into the web or app version of The Daily Well. This will be my first time utilizing The Daily Well platform for Zoom, so let’s hope it goes off without a hitch.

We also have an optional book study this year. The book is The Practice is the Path by Tias Little. For the first Zoom on January 12, read the intro plus Chapters 1 & 2.

The agenda for each Zoom is 7-7:30p cst a discussion of yoga philosophy in relation to our 40 Days, some journaling prompts and Q&A, then from 7:30 – 8 (or however long you all want to stay on, I can go as long as you’d like!) we move into book study. VERY excited about this new element of book study!

Classes and content for our first 10 days will be unlocked Saturday January 10! You may begin anytime on or after January 10.

We’ll talk more about the logistics of your 40 Days during the first Zoom, but if you’re eager to get going on the 10th, here is the guidance:

  • Decide what time of day works best for your practice time
  • Do you want to only meditate? Yoga? Forms practice? A combo of all of it?
  • Be realistic about how much time you can devote each day. 5 minutes is better than no minutes
  • What your practice looks like can change day to day. Maybe weekends you spend more time in Yoga while weekdays are just Forms.
  • The idea is to mix and match from the content released January 10 to make this work for you

In My Library you’ll also see 40-Day Ceremony 2026. Here you’ll find three intro videos. Watch those anytime now as prep.

Our classes and content for the 40 Days are the same as 2025. In the closing survey we conducted after the 2025 series it was an overwhelming YES to keep the content the same. What I love about this is for those of you who attended last year, you’ll get to see what’s different about you and your life this time around.

There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.” Nelson Mandela

Of course, the Zoom calls will be unique and true to what’s alive for all of us now, one year later.

In the next week, I recommend setting up an altar in your practice space. I’ve shared a photo of mine at home. You’ll see a few stones, photos, statues, rocks…and I also have a little white wooden stand where you can see the card I pulled that day. I meditate in front of my altar and my yoga mat is right there too.

How can you create a sacred and beautiful space for yourself in your home?
